At pamo. design, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home interior purchases. If your industrial furniture or accessories aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully disassemble any furniture components and place all items back into their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly guides are included.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
